Scheduling a phone consultation is the first step. After we determine if I am the best fit for you, I will create a client profile through Simple Practice. This platform is where clients complete paperwork, send secure messages and schedule their sessions. Request a phone consultation now

The first session is 60 minutes in length. All subsequent sessions are 45-60 minutes depending on the service you request. In-person and virtual options are available.

At this time, I do not accept health insurance. All services are self-pay with a rate of $110-$135/session. A Superbill can be provided for all clients that can be used for reimbursement purposes with their insurance companies.
All payments are due on the day of services. I accept cash, check, all major credit cards and HSA cards.

Depending on the day, I begin sessions between 8-9am with my last session starting at 5-5:30pm. At this time, I do not see clients Saturday-Sunday.

The best way to communicate with me is through the secure messaging offered through the client portal. You may also send me emails for scheduling purposes. Texting may be used in case you are running late or we schedule a phone session.
I respond to communication Monday-Thursday from 9-5pm and Friday from 9-1pm. Please note: most of my working time I am in session with clients. I will work to respond to all communication within 24-48 business hours.
